Advocate filed case against the Actor and Makers of “The Accidental Prime – Minister.”

Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a complaint against the Makers of “The Accidental Prime Minister.”
Like seriously! If I’m not wrong the film is based on a book about the former prime minister, Dr Manmohan Singh which was written by Sanjay Baru.
My question is, “If he has a problem with the film that portrays some officials in a negative way then, why didn’t the complaint was made at that time?”
See, basically, in a biopic-movies, only a few elements are added or subtracted, then does this complaint have any point? Sure thingy, it is my personal opinion.
Now, moving forward with this complaint and stuff, according to the reports, the complaint was filed at the court of Muzaffarpur in Bihar by Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha. The complaint was against the Actors and Makers of the film. According to him, the film shows some higher officials in a negative role.
Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed the petition before the chief judicial magistrate’s court here and it has been listed for hearing on January 8 before the sub-divisional judicial magistrate (west) Gaurab Kamal.
The petition was filed under IPC sections 295, 153, 153A, 293, 504 and 120B relating to promoting enmity between different groups, the sale of obscene objects, insult with intent to provoke breach of peace and criminal conspiracy.
With this complaint, everyone related to it has been targeted. Actors, and actress who played the roles of Soniya Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and director and producers are accused to put some higher officials and public figures in negative and dark side in the film.
It was known to everyone that this movie will fall into controversies and legal actions and same happened, in the trailer release of the film, the Youth Congress in Maharashtra had raised an objection and demanded ‘veto power’ over the film’s contents. In a tweet, Maharashtra Youth Congress chief Satyajeet Tambe Patil said he had withdrawn his demand for a special screening since “it is now evident that [the movie] is BJP’s propaganda/campaign movie”.
The film, based on Sanjay Baru’s book by the same name as the films’, which deals with Singh’s stint as the prime minister from 2004 to 2014. It also features former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, present party head Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi as characters.
Kher plays Manmohan Singh in the film, while German actor Suzanne Bernert will be seen as Sonia Gandhi.
Directed by Vijay R. Gutte. He is the son of Ratnakar Gutte, an MLA from the BJP-allied Rashtriya Samaj Paksha.
